The solution to that is VERY simple although woman in your position never follow it .... date a man who you find boring and are only marginally attracted to. You are attracted to men men who aren't good for you so you need to train yourself to be attracted to a "good guy", the problem with a good guy is he won't get your engine turned on. You can generally thank your abusive, absent or neglectful Dad for that.

Yes you are correct. Speaking from experience, a neglectful father only teaches a young woman, or still learns in aging, the wrong type of men. Or not knowing what to do when a really good guy comes along. I’m finally in a good place-at 59.

Mark Roberts-you are so very right. A neglectful father does not help a young or older woman make the best male partner choices. I had to learn the hard way.

Hi, I did this in my prior raised beds and it worked great. I just buried the kitchen waste in a hole in the garden, covered it in dirt, then mulch.  I went to a different spot each time. I started this experiment in the fall and by the time it came to plant in the spring - the waste had broken down in the soil and I had in vitro compost.  It was awesome.

My tip isn't really massage but something I came upon as I have chronic migraines. Lie down on a flat surface (doesn't matter what), interlace your fingers and put your hands behind your head, slide your hands down to the two bumps on your skull. You'll feel those with your thumbs, unlace your hands and and slide your second and third finger to those bumps, apply gentle pressure to the inside of the bumps and hold - for as long as works for you. It's like a nerve block and really helps my migraines. The bumps medical term is occipital condyle.

This is absolutely fascinating. I am currently building my first duck/dog pond. I have to use a liner as our soil is too sandy and silty to hold water but you've given me  great ideas for another pond that is at a higher level that could utilize your knowledge and water my upcoming greenhouse and cold frames - keep posting. I love it! I want to see how you clean the bottom of the pond for all that good stuff that is lying there
