This is so helpful and what I came searching for... wondering if @Dave Dahlsrud or anyone else was able to add to this list? I'm particularly wondering where to place tomatoes in a new hugel mound (my first) that is east-west facing. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, green onions, basil, and corn.
