I really appreciate this post. I am in Alaska and locating a high quality feed (no corn, no soy, no seed oils) is seemingly impossible. New Country Organics gamebird crumble for the chicks is 26% Protein; it does contain sunflower oil, but in my.opinion, the highest quality commercial feed on the market.
I'd like to formulate my own feed for my Coturnix Quail for all life stages. I would really love to have conversations with anyone passionate about this topic.
