very interesting post.
I tried inoculating some coffee grounds after seeing a Youtube video.
I put the grounds in the oven at 250 for a few hours and let them cool down covered then transferred to opaque plastic containers with vents (covered with pieces of surgical mask) on them.
I re-hydrated the grounds a bit and It seems I am only growing mold...what am I doing wrong?
I am doing this in my kitchen but am sanitizing as much as I can. I have inoculated grain with success.
