Currently live in Key West Florida, house is for sale and my wife and I will be shopping for land in the Ozarks area, southern Missouri or northern Arkansas is fine with us, but we might need a realtor since we are not familiar with the details of any given area... Things like drilling a well(how deep and how much), building codes, pine beetles, Internet signal, chigger hotspots... things like that.
It’s easy to look up real estate agents, and I’m sure anybody would take my business, but I need insight that a suburban realtor might not have.
We are shopping for 70 - 120 mostly wooded acres With a pond.
I am currently flying blind and will listen to any advice and or suggestions.
