Thank you for your response.

I am from Zambia.  I'm guessing my ducks are a type of Mallard as that's what they look like from Google? The mum is actually a white pekin and the father is the Mallard looking one.  I can tell the sound difference between the adults but not so much with the ducklings yet.  
I'm also not keen on eating or selling as they have become our pets.  Thanks for info and suggestions.  I'll see about maybe giving them away as pets.

I must add that I am wanting the female ducks for their eggs  so will have to make a plan on what to do with the male ducklings.  

I currently have 4 adults: 1 male and 3 females.  Would having more males to this mix cause problems?
