It's is definitely a way how people make their own liquid seaweed ferilizer, like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEx_FZiARpY

However, I couldn't find anyone who dries and shreds the seaweed to small pieces and "brews" it such long time as I plan to do, so I'm not sure if it will go bad or with how much water to dilute it with.

I have a 8 gallons (30L) of washed, dried and shredded seaweed. The pieces are from 1/4" to 2" or so. I'm thinking of just pouring water straight into the bucket and leaving it until I need it, for about 5-7 months.

My idea is to get a super strong fertilizer which I can dilute 1:100 or even more, because I increased the surface area by shredding it and 5-7 months is much longer than anything I've read.

Will it go bad?
Shall I keep it in dry form and just brew near the time?
Even then, how can I determine the strength and by how much to dilute it? The guides I've read suggest 1 part for every week of brew time, but they used the seaweed as is, without shredding.
