Hi folks,
I've been interested in permaculture for years, although not in a position to do more than apply the principles to my garden. But now I'm writing fiction and am including lots of permaculture ideas to my stories, including the use of composting toilets and grey water management in cities. My current project includes an isolated settlement where rocket stoves and mass heaters are used. I'm sure I'll have other questions, but I'm wondering how often they need to be cleaned out.
The books are set in a fantasy world where the gods are present, which has changed a number of things about how people go about their lives. I hope I can get some of my questions answered here.
