I'm a little late to the discussion thread, but how hard would it be to heat a home using compost (~1,600 square feet/2-level home)? Could anyone give me some step-by-step guidance? I wouldn't even know where to begin except to get a bunch of mulch, manure?, and the like. Thanks.
