Thank you all for reaching out with those suggestions and resources!  We have found a buyer.  I appreciate everyone who read this post and helped contribute to our success!
We're in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood. The nearest farm is about a 15 minute walk from here (Zenger Farm). There is a detached garage (1 car plus storage), and there's a second outbuilding that we currently use as a storage shed for garden tools, but used to be the original garage when the house was built.  The house is 1400 square feet on each floor, meaning the main living space is 1400 and the daylight basement is an additional 1400.  We use PV for the duck house and the irrigation timer, but the house is not currently set up with PV.  There are definitely opportunities to incorporate more self-sufficiency elements as time and money permit!
sorry the pictures wouldn't load so here they are...
Hey Permies!

We're selling our house located on 1/3 acre of permaculture gardens.  We met with a realtor yesterday, but he just didn't "get" the clientele we are hoping to attract. (For example, he looked at the 1500 gallon rain tank and said "you'll want to get rid of that").  We would love to see this place go to folks who have an interest in continuing to garden.  We've had a lot of success growing a huge portion of our own food, and put a lot of infrastructure in place for that.  I know there are many folks like us out there looking for places to do this.  Since it's already all set up, it would be perfect for someone just starting on their gardening journey.  It would also be perfect for a homeschooling family (there are other homeschooling/gardening families nearby).

Here are the details on the house:
-5 bedroons
-3 bathrooms
-2 full kitchens (one on the main floor, and the second one in the daylight basement which is perfect for a mother-in-law suite or rental opportunity)
-Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood

Details on the land:
-0.37 acres (16,000 sq ft)
-Next to a large "protected zone" which will never be developed, so the yard feels much bigger than 1/3 acre
-Thirteen fruit trees: dwarf apples, standard pear, italian plums, mulberry, figs
-Eight mature blueberry bushes with bird-protection infrastructure already in place
-1000 sq feet of deer-fenced raised beds for veggies
-1500 gallon rain collection tank (from roof) gravity fed into the vegetable bed irrigation system
-Pen for poultry (we have ducks integrated into our pest-control and fertility systems, but you could do chickens instead if preferred)
-Many established medicinal and culinary herbs: rosemary, thyme, sage, elderberries, comfrey, skullcap, st. johnswort, mullein, horehound, lemonbalm, lemon verbena, chives, roses, oregano, chasteberry, savory, sweet violets, mint, lavender, barberry, echinacea, perennial onions, etc...
-Three tea camelias
-Honeyberies
-Raspberries
-Currants (red, white, and jostaberry)
-Strawberry bed
-Almond tree

We're asking $550K. Feel free to contact ,me with any questions. I've included a few photos here.
