You can work this out with a simple rule: 1 foot of water creates 0.433 psi of pressure, and it takes 2.31 feet of water to create 1 psi of pressure. From this, you can work out the psi of any elevated water storage system.
In this case, at sea level, the discharge valve of your water storage would need to be 23.1 feet above the solenoid valve that requires min. of 10 psi water pressure. You may want to note that as you increase you elevation above sea level, you loose pressure.
