I'd heard that you could keep grape bunches fresh by cutting a bit of branch with them and standing it in water in a cool place. I therefore had a load of bunches in a couple of pint glasses on my window sill over winter, and two months later several of them were rooting. It didn't work this winter, I don't know what the difference might be. I'm quite keen in propagating my other grape variety. For information our house is pretty cool, so the window sills probably get down to 5 degrees C or so overnight and maybe 12 degrees C during the day. I'm not sure what temperature scale you're using? If Celsius then they may have been too warm, so refrigeration may help. Do they still look alive?

I wouldn't worry about the delay, my cuttings do the same thing. They seem to be slower to open than the established vines, and may already be putting their energy into forming some roots. If they are moved, it could disturb the root formation.
It looks like the bud that I can see in the picture is starting to slightly swell, which is a good sign, with that reddish bronze color.
Good luck and hope your cuttings root for you!
