Hi. Is there a city close enough to do doordash / uber eats? How much are you asking for land?

I live in north east Georgia and need help finding a county within an hour of me where I can park an RV and not get harassed by the county / city / permits etc. Anywhere close to Gainesville GA up to South Carolina no further than Anderson. Any help and advice is appreciated.

P.S. Let me know of other states / counties too for a back up plan

Thank you Im definitely going to copy that.list; thank you for taking the time to write it out. I was hoping someone already knows the area. Im aiming for NE GA close to canton / hall county / athens etc. I wil have to call each county if not but Ive found that they get defensive when asking about an eco friendly homestead.

Are good for off grid homestead? I keep running into HOAs and restrictions

Hi and thanks for the welcome. I don't want to live in snow or desert. But as long as I don't have restrictions and have a city where I can work I'm happy.

Hi I was wondering if anyone has experience on living off grid near LA? I've been looking at land in Ventura County but I'm not sure if the restrictions there or if it's possible.

If anybody has experience with it or recommend somewhere different that isn't too far out or complete desert please let me know, any advice is appreciated
