Hello: I walked by a low height tree with tiny white flowers. The flowers were so fragrant. Each flower is about the size of my thumb nail. I would like to find out the name of this tree. I am attaching a photo of the white flower. I also took a short 32 second video of the tree, but unfortunately mp4 files cannot be uploaded. If anyone can help identify, that will be awesome.
