A quality wheelbarrow with a solid tire is a great start. Use Loctite on the nuts and bolts when assembling, makes a huge difference on slight loosening of hardware. When hardware gets even a little loose, before its even noticeable, the small jolts can scrape away the paintwork around the holes and invite rust in, which makes the hole bigger, hardware gets loose quicker, etc. They are still easy to remove if you have to take it apart for some reason, but I’ve had them last for years with daily use without having to retighten nuts and bolts or repair a tire. Also, stating the obvious, keep ‘em clean in between and if possible store them tipped upright so liquids don’t sit in the body of the wheelbarrow.
