Hi Permie community,
I am new to WWOOFing and looking for short-term hosts in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut, to learn and build my experience in the next few months. I have been a city-dweller all my adult life but I grew up in the tropics, close to nature and in a tight-knit community. I have a gentle, patient demeanor, inquisitive, focused, and interested in learning different things. My work experience has made me systems-oriented & analytical but I am naturally a divergent and creative person with a "work smarter, not harder" mindset. I love solitude. I also love being a volunteer & working with like-minded people to accomplish a big goal. My life experience has made me an excellent communicator and collaborator, invested in community, who respects individual boundaries. I hope the above gives a sense of my personality and what I can offer. I am happy to provide more detailed info and personal references.
