I apologize if this has been posted. I have not seen it and am new to the group. I have turmeric root powder. I want to know if I can make an extract or tincture with the powder. Everytime I try and look it up all I get is how to make the powder, which I already have. Also if possible to do either which would you do? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer
