For me, physically attractive features tends to come second. But little mannerisms I've noticed in people I've dated seem to reflect aspects of their personality I like.
I'm in a happy and committed relationship with my current partner, and one thing I find attractive is that he's not afraid to pass gas in front of me. To me, it's a sign that he's emotionally secure in our relationship and understands that he shouldn't be ashamed of a normal bodily function. I've had a partner before who was terrified to toot when he was around me, and we ended up breaking up (not because of that particular thing, but because he was insecure and we were both in a bad spot mentally and I couldn't handle his depression anymore.)
Also, I love it when my partner is comfortable talking about big questions like marriage, or is willing to discuss and try to solve problems we have that may be uncomfortable to bring up.
The last thing is specifically for the guys I like: I find it incredibly sweet when a man isn't afraid to cry in front of me and isn't afraid to tell me he's sad. Just in general, I love it when men are able to express emotions with me without them feeling like I'm judging them.
