My Barbados cherry tree is a veritable monster. Constantly putting out cherries almost year around. I have never had aphids on it not one time. But I have some other pest that attacks the fruit inserting their larvae in it. As much as my tree puts out fruit, and it's completely covered right now, I never get to eat the fruit. You can see where the fruit has been pierced, usually in multiple places. Every single fruit including the larger green ones. I'm chopping it down this season as it is right next to my peach tree and last year my peaches were attacked. Does anyone else have this problem with their fruit getting injected with bug babies?
