hi joe, i have the exact same stove as you, my house is extremely air tight, for the first year i had the exact same problem you are having now, i cant say this will fix yours, but its what i found with mine, get yr ladder out and take your chimney pipe cap off and remove the spark arrestor screen, for some reason they inhibit the draft of these stoves too much, it may even be plugged, its very difficult to see from the ground so you will have to get up there , now for getting a good fire lit,  crack a window or door , place a few dried logs in the center, and stuff a good amount of paper in between the logs but keep them tight together, pile a handful of kindling on top of the paper, light it and leave the stove door cracked open, the paper will get yr draft going and light the kindling, the kindling will fall in between yr logs and light them, after yr stove is about 300' you can shut the door, keep yr bottom air intake wide open, "pulled out all the way" after yr stove is around 450' you can sneak yr air intake in until the knob is even with yr ash lip beneath the door, you should NOT have a flue control on the pipe above the fire box, the only control you should have is yr bottom air intake, from yr pictures i can even see that yr using the same chimney cap as me, some came screened , some didnt, these stoves must have the screenless caps in order to pull a draft, also, inside the stove when its cooled, use a flashlight and look up in the top of the fire box, yr insulation board should be pushed to the rear of the stove above the secondary burner pipes so yr fire has to come towards the glass to clean it and exit yr box. let me know if this helps

we have a Berkey, 2 black filters, 2.5 gallon, the wife loves it, i can definitely tell a big difference when drinking Berkey filtered water, im not picky myself, i drink straight from the tap well water, no softener, other than a sediment filter, its straight from the ground, 3 years so far and im still alive, but the Berkey is great tho, highly suggest one
