I just made a big batch of raw uncooked elderberry juice mixed with honey and frozen into small bottles.
I used my breville juicer which removes all of the elderberry seeds and to my thinking also any toxins present in the seeds.. however- I admit to feeling very slightly nauseous afterwards.. which lasted about an hour. Hence the bout of post- research…

Anyway…. Game breaker- USE A HAIRBRUSH! I usually use a comb but couldn’t find it, My 5 year olds cheap hairbrush, and next to no little fiddly bits of stem.
