We recently started hatching our own.. first two did ok and this last batch they keep dying. I had 21 and have 10 left. I put a thermometer in there and realized my heat lamp got too hot so I assumed that was the issue. I have readjusted the lamp and we are back to 95 degrees and holding. I also have a humidifier in my laundry room where they are staying and keeping humidity level around 45%. Is it necessary to have the humidifier? Could I be doing more harm than good with having a heat lamp and humidifier?
