What a "coincidence" that I saw your post today. I have been looking for a bit of land up and down the east Tennessee foothills for space, peace, nature, gardening, chickens.... while working with like-minded people to thrive together would be such a gift. I am in the process of selling our Blount County home. I would love to meet you and neighbors and see the land. If you still have some land available and we all feel a connection, well, we could see where it goes. If no more land, then maybe there's some adjacent for sale.
