Hello,
I have 3 acres along a creek in the Kern River Valley in Southern California. I have started a small fruit orchard and am looking for someone to come and live off grid (free water and access to septic) on the property as circumstances have forced us back to the city for a few years. Looking for someone to caretaker the buildings, irrigation system and care for the trees and plants. The Kern River Valley is a quaint little community, rural but not too rural. There is a thriving art community and active art association with many different classes within waling distance.
