If this is the sort of thing that's growing in you're lawn, and you like oniony/chivey flavours, maybe consider digging it up and hauling it into the kitchen? If you want to get rid of it for good you pretty much have to dig all the bulbs out or cook it with a flame thrower any way. Might as well enjoy the fruits of your labour in some nosh afterwards 😁
