I have a place (just under 3 acres) in the Kern River Valley where I am trying to create a permaculture paradise. We have chickens and just planted fruit trees. I have many projects I would like to work on but I am not there full time. You are welcome to stay in exchange for a little help (a few hours a week if that) and help out with utilities. You would need to build your own yurt/tiny home or even a large trailer would work.
The Kern River Valley is about 45 min from Bakersfield CA. But you can find everything you need in the valley.
