I love this idea of yours; it's something I would also like to do somewhere in the future when I am retired. I used to hate gardening when I was younger, and it was always a tragedy when my parents took me to the countryside to the garden. We had somewhere in the neighborhood of three acres of garden. Given
how big is an acre visually, I thought those gardens were endless. As time passed, I developed quite a liking for it, tomatoes being my favorite vegetable to eat and grow. We did not have any livestock, but I think two acres will provide enough space for that.
