Hey there, not sure if this may be helpful. I work in IT for local government and have had some experience with Freedcamp. We ran a demo of it for a short time before switching to a more robust (unnecessary, paid for subscription) software that I very much dislike. Freedcamp is great for keeping track of projects, timelines, notes, and I believe it's free. Might be worth checking out. Hope I'm not out in left field here.
