For a small wheelie bin sized hot composter take inspiration from the 'HOTBIN conposter. I made one out of an insulated wheelie bin. To save turning use aerated static pile. The XY-WFT1 temperature sensor from AliExpress is cheaper than the cheapest long probe compost thermometer and allows you to monitor hot composting remotely. It will also cycle a small aquarium pump for aeration. This will create the same furnace conditions as the center of a humanure pile but in an insulated environmental capsule.

For a low profile you could use an old fridge freezer on its side as an insulated box and compost one chamber while filling the other.
