I bought a potted Improved Meyer lemon tree back in March of this year. I bought two full spectrum grow lights and set them for 7 hours each, during the day in an indoor room… I had over 100 blooms within a month… It also has mushrooms growing in the soil. There are also 2 baby lemons about 1/2” long. It’s very happy under the grow lights! I live in Florence, Oregon…
