I will definitely be digging into this post!  I have made sourdough successfully (even using fresh ground wheat, which seems to be elusive according to some people), but I do not care for the sour flavor.  So, I have been trying to figure out how to make it without the strong flavor.  My family loves it, though, and I would like to get the health benefits of the sourdough.  I would like to try some other uses for the it, as long as it doesn't have the sourdough flavor .... makes me a bit nervous to try recipes.  : )~

I realize this is an older post, but I have an electric wondermill and I really like it.  I've had it for years.  I get the "jet engine" analogy someone said about their mill! : )   It grinds fine and course.  You can grind corn, but it would be finer than grits or corn meal.  I use a little tribest blender for that.  It also cannot do oily grains such as flax.  I use the tribest for that as well.

I also have their manual grinder.  We do not use it very often, it is a bit labor intensive.... although I know a lot of people go that route.  We have it as a back-up.  But, that thing grinds VERY fine flour.  I was amazed the first time we used it.

I see you've already had a lot of suggestions, I figure I'll go ahead and throw mine out there.  I was given this salve a few years ago by a friend.  It works great.  I'm currently using it on a burn scar, but it is a new one.  It is healing nicely and fading quickly.  

I used it on a scar a few years ago.  My skin had a pretty substantial dent in it and the scar was about two inches long.  The skin is now flat, the dent is gone and I have to look very closely to find the faint scar.  The scar was a about six months old when I started using it.

I use it as often as I remember to rub some on.  Especially at night before bed.
