I have read the troubleshooting ideas for if I'm having a hard time getting access. I think my problem is that I don't have the original Kickstarter email address or app. I had to download the app to join the Kickstarter but when my phone was having issues, it got uninstalled. I can get into some things using my phone email but I can't transfer to my computer to open things (in a way that makes them readable) because I don't have the original address anymore. Even if I can get the email on my computer, I can't access the 'gifts' . I believe that my original connection has been lost.
