Well it just happened here at the office. A beautiful male cardinal flew into the mirrored door on the front of our office. We heard a “thump”, looked outside and there he was, dead. I can only guess he seen himself and thinking it was another male, flew to chase it away, flew to his death instead. Poor thing.
