My husband and I are looking to move back to this area (he grew up in Warren county and we lived there for a few years as newlyweds) for a self sufficient homestead for ourselves and our children, possibly an uncle and few cousins in the area interested in helping as well (plus my lovely retired MIL to provide childcare so we can work on our land more).
