We built a cabin package and love it so much we are considering building a home with them. Since the cabin is only for seasonal living we didn't buy the insulation package and the floor is cold because it's built on pilings but there are no draft issues. If we build a home kit we will definately add the insulation kit, and it will be on a basement.
