I just happened to come across your post. Because I am considering starting a food forest where I rent from a very nice family to hopefully convince them it would increase their property value if they should sell in the future?
You should definitely consider advertising in spanish as well
My thought is you're in Florida with A large percentage of latin speaking people that have come from the islands and that Might be more used to gardening for their food / income
