I don't understand what's going on there.It seems like a dream that your getting so much heat from so little fuel.How is this possible ?How much area are you heating ?

With a draft that strong I would add a pipe damper.It'll give you more control over a run away fire and produce more heat and heat times.

Check out the videos of a product named Reco-Heat.It takes the a small amount of heat from the internal stack pipe with no change to tar build up.Your stove will produce more heat over a longer period of time using less wood.
