I grew them about 10 years ago. I don’t believe they were top setting onions though. They were a multiplier that produced small pointed onions. Mine died out after the second season. I’ve never been able to find them again. However, I would consider them similar to the Shirley Hammond multiplier or what most would call a winter onion in the south. Etsy might be a source for you.
