Hey y'all, my boyfriend Kenny and I are starting to plan our next trip exploring states we are wanting to settle down in.
We are hoping to connect with individuals that live in the area and are willing to host and or show us around.
We are traveling through north Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Southern Pennsylvania. We are heading out at the start of the new year this January.
We are interested in finding an area with friendly communities (does not have to be an established intentional community) that we can join.

My boyfriend and I are moving to become first-time homesteaders.  Looking for a small ambitious community to be our permanent permaculture neighbors.

Our short list of states we are interested in right now are Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. Any insight and recommendations in these states are much appreciated.
