In regards to the lice we give ivermectin orally 2x a year preventatively. If they have them, you treat & then do a retreatment in 10 day to kill hatching eggs. Prior we give them an herbal bath with natural repellants & removewhat we see. You also have to remove contaminated bedding and treat the pen, or pasture for them. Natural remedies are not strong enough to kill lice, fleas, mites or ticks.
