I have a question about stratification, if anyone can help me out. Every year I save peach and nectarine puts, put them in the vegetable drawer with a damp paper towel, check on them around weekly after two months and every year I’m disappointed that they’ve failed to germinate. Is there a trick to getting them going? I’ve even very carefully removed the seeds from the pit and tried that to no avail. All from organic peaches and nectarines.
