K Revak can you give us an update on your wetland project? I have close to 15 acres of black spruce muskeg in zone 4B on the Kenai Peninsula. I want to mainly grow blueberries, hascaps, raspberries, blackberries, hardy fruit trees, and even cold climate citrus. Basically pretty much a permaculture that will grow in zone 4 cool summer climate. Unfortunately our summers are just too cool for wild rice, so I would love to experiment with cultivated cattails for water filtration, soil retention, and wildlife. I also want to experiment with rotating meat and egg laying ducks with the fruit production cycle, and experiment with cover crops that are beneficial for both ducks and soil improvement.
