Hello Joshua,
Thirty years ago, I met C. T. Butler at a conference in Maine. At that point, I bought a copy of On Conflict And Consensus, and at the time he said he was planning on writing a book with a provisional title of Formal Consensus for Cities of One Hundred Thousand (or so I seem to recall). I have been chatting today with a friend online about leadership and decisoin models, and so the book came to mind again, and I thought I'd look for it. This post of yours from ~7 years ago is the ONE AND ONLY page that Google returns when I search for "Formal Consensus for Cities" (quoted). Does this book really exist? Do you know where I could get a copy?
Thanks for your consideration.
