Did you find someone to help you on this project? I'm in California, but I'm trying to help my mother get somewhere tropical. She is a great gardener, and makes the best smoothies and juices you've ever had in your life. She receives $1,200 a month SSI, which would go a lot farther in Saipan. I'm a software developer looking for remote/digital nomad opportunities, so would plan on spending time on the island as well.
