Have a vacuum flush Envirolet system relocated from a friend's cottage.
The toilet ball valve, in the base of bowl, will not open.
Could it be an incorrectly spliced wire? The switch red light stays on with power, but does not turn green.
Someone said it might be a faulty circuit board or blown fuse.
