If you sourced the water from a header tank ran a pipe to the air ram in a footer tank then it pumps it back up. In addition the footer tank houses a Wirtz pump as a water wheel, the header tank over flows down a water feature, finishing by going over the water wheel, turning it pumping the waste back up to the header tank??? Could this work???
