Hello fellow land lovers,

I am a single professional female building a dream. Tiny living big ideas.

Have a 20 acre parcel in southern Vermont that I am the proud steward of. The land is lovely. Has a pond lots of creative space for fruit trees, bee’s lots of bee’s, gardens, mushroom logs, foraging and the traditional cherry tomato plant to nibble on right outside of your threshold.

So far I am building a gated community. Not sure who I’m keeping in or out but the plans are vast.

Hoping to assist a few people with affordable living space. First tiny home owner moved on sight last November. He is responsible for property maintenance meaning snow removal and lawn care. Phew that means you not I have to do that. Back to farmsteading.


There is so much potential for growth. But it’s just me taking on a very big project.  Currently there's a poorly built barn in the back that will be altered to a lean to shed to rent on hip camp until it accrues enough funds to build a real barn to have real sheep and other animals.

Space for chickens, tee pees, tree houses,
A frames, gardens, lavender you dream it we can do it.

There is a shed with power to operate as a makers space with tools, and ideas galore.

A beautiful pond to take a dip when the summer sun is in full bloom with the sunflowers following the rays.

There is a small camp that has been gutted and a new roof and ready to be turned into a livable structure. I dream of outdoor kitchen space, a wood heated green house, an Underground green house, jarring for days and squeezing cabbages. Oh and did I mention there are several natural springs so pristine drinking water is always flowing.
