Hey folks — chiming in because this topic got real for me recently.
A regenerative farmer friend of mine ran a simple side-by-side experiment using “structured water” (same crop, same soil plan, same timing) and saw roughly 2× production just by changing the water. That result surprised me enough that I wanted to understand what’s actually going on and what parts are testable vs. just good storytelling.
So I flew out to interview Dr. Gerald Pollack (the “EZ water / 4th phase of water” researcher) to ask the direct questions: what’s supported, what’s speculative, and what would a good farm/greenhouse experiment look like.
