Not zero plastic but a significant reduction.
I assume that storing veg in meal size portions is preferred.
Using good old paper bags , section up your veg after you pat everything dry , then bundle them into eg a bread bag.
Your food won't touch the plastic and you won't need to wash the plastic bag between uses because no food has touched it.
Same principle if you use large glass containers.
Heat, washing and agitation creates the micro plastic. If you can reduce those things, it could minimise the risk.
