If you've made an account on permies, you can sign up for the daily-ish by going to "edit profile" (click the circle at the top right on desktop view) and change your email preferences there.

Love the Dailyish but having trouble posting. I’m required to sign in each time I try to post and then am taken to the marvellously full list of topics but away from the thread I was on.  How can I stay logged in?

It will likely be a setting on your browser (each one is called something different depending on the browser)  that allows cookies.  On chrome, I went into the settings and pressed buttons until I found the feature that let it remember cookies for my favourite sites so I don't have to log back in each time.  It's been over 6 years since my browser logged me out and that was for a major systems update.

Another possibility is the email itself is creating a link that loggs you out.  It's supposed to be a security feature that replaces the link witha complicated one that influences the browser settings.   To find out if this is the issue, hover the mouse over the link to see where it goes, or copy the link text and see if it's still logging you out.

But most likely, it's a browser setting.
